Goldenrod and Stinging Nettle are wonderful plant allies when it come to battling seasonal allergy symptoms. Goldenrod is high is quercetin and Nettle is very mineral rich. 
Recommended starting amount for adults is 30 drops or one dropper full. Can be decreased or increased as needed. Take straight on the tongue or add to a small glass of water.
